Sometimes things just have to get to a point where you are tired of the status quo. Well this is that point for me. My name is Juan. And most anyone that has known me for any length of time will tell you I have always been a bigger guy. From childhood to adulthood and all points in between I have had an issue with my weight.
Part of that issue is I love to eat, and food has always meant community and family to me. Well the community is the same people with less room now, so go figure. One of the other issues I have is I never really made time for myself, with work, and life I just kind of let myself get lost in the shuffle. This is my effort at making me a priority once again, funny to think of things like that but its true.
I want to see what I am really made of. I am sure that its probably more than I have given myself credit for.

- I am a young man, aprroaching his 30's with the sudden realization that I have been treating my body like crap. I am a former athelete in school and seemed to be content with the fact that the body I once had was a thing of the past. Well here's where things got interesting. I began to wonder if I really was as fit once as I thought I was. Now I am challenging myself to be better than what I once was, and try to see what my real body type potential is. In short I am reinventing myself. Follow what will be an eye opening experience for me.
You can do it Juan! I am also on a weight loss journey. I'm doing Weight Watchers and just added in exercise this week.
